Do you want to learn how to Stage Fight? Ever wonder how actors stay safe in movies or plays? Most storytelling includes physical conflict. From “Romeo and Juliet” to “Star Wars”, the ability to stay safe and to deliver what the fight director needs are huge assets for the actor.
This workshop will start with unarmed stage combat and move to swords and sticks. This class will be taught by fight director and actor Charles Douglas, who has taught, choreographed and performed stage fights. at the regional level as well as having taught combat at the post-secondary and secondary level, for the Neptune Theatre School, and elsewhere.
