Junior Shakespeare Ages 9-12
Together, the class will explore the works of William Shakespeare. Child-appropriate chunks of the Bard’s works will lay a foundation for reading or performing his original works in high school. These students will enter Shakespeare’s world, ‘see’ the settings, ‘hear’ the characters speak, and feel their emotions and together with their teacher create an exciting performance piece! The audience will enjoy their stage production in the OYP Spring Student Works Showcase. Class size is limited.
