What do you get when you put 73 OYP Theatre School students (aged 6-60), CBC Radio’s Alan Neal, children’s musician Russell Levia and Lawyer/Actor Ian Stauffer together? ….. Why, L.Frank Baum’s The Wonderful Wizard of Oz! of course!!
Join us as we follow the yellow brick road, and hear the story as told by all the Dorothys in the world– well ten of them, anyway!
This play is not the movie version, it is adapted from the original story by L.Frank Baum.
OYP Theatre School presents: The Wonderful Wizard of Oz!
Starring Ottawa Musician Russell Levia, Ian Stauffer as the Scarecrow, and CBC Radio’s Alan Neal as the very wonderful Wizard of Oz!
This story is full of fun and adventure and is perfect for all ages and families to enjoy.
WHERE: The Shenkman Arts Centre: Richcraft Theatre
WHEN: Friday May 3rd at 7:30, Saturday May 4th at 2:30 and 7:30
Adults – $10. Students / Children – $5.
This is a FUNdraiser for OYPTS-All donations are gratefully received, no amount is too small.
